Data Storage & Security
Arena is a web application. Your product data, signals, and interview transcripts are stored securely in the cloud via Supabase. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest.
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for authentication, PostHog for analytics, and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for AI features. Each has its own privacy policy.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@arena.pm.
Cookies and Tracking
The Arena marketing website uses minimal analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. The web application communicates with our servers for authentication, AI processing, data storage, and integration syncing.
