Every AI feature in Arena runs on LLM tokens. We charge you at the exact cost our providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) charge us, with zero markup. Your monthly credit covers this usage. If it runs out, you can turn on extra usage and keep going at the same per-token rate.

Anything that calls an AI model: early adopter searches, competitor scans, competitor monitoring, hijack competitor searches and lead scoring, chat messages, signal classification, and spec generation. Each call costs a different amount depending on the model and how many tokens are processed.

AI features pause until your credit resets at the start of your next billing period. On Starter and Pro, you can turn on "Extra Usage" in your account settings to keep going. Extra usage is billed at cost through Stripe at the end of the period.

Yes. You get $5 of AI credit, on us, and 3 days to explore every feature. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with one click from your account page. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. Every feature is available on every plan, including the free trial and priority support. Plans differ in AI credit and the number of companies you can create (1 on trial, 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro).

The free trial includes 1 company. Starter allows up to 3 companies, and Pro allows up to 10. Each company gets its own workspace, signal stream, features, and integrations.
