The problem

Every founder hears it. "Talk to your customers." Great advice, but what if you have none yet? You shipped something, nobody has tried it, and the standard playbook is a handful of friends, a dying beta list, and a lot of crossed fingers. Real demand is out there, but it is scattered across five platforms, written in the buyer's own words, and almost impossible to find by hand.

What Arena does

Paste your product URL on tryarena.app. Five named scouts, one per platform, read your site, infer what you built, and return real humans on Reddit, X, Hacker News, LinkedIn, and Product Hunt who are actively describing your product. Each lead gets a fit score, the exact source quote, and a draft reply you can send from your own account. The first three are free, no signup.

Who builds Arena

I am Sam Siavoshian, solo founder. I built Arena because I kept hitting the same wall: I had a product, no customers, and no idea where my first ones would come from. Every existing tool assumed I already had a customer list. None of them helped me find the first 10. So I built one.

Arena is bootstrapped, small on purpose, and built for the exact moment before product-market fit. Every design decision is made for that founder, not for an enterprise sales team.

Principles

  • High-signal, not high-volume. Three strong leads beat thirty weak ones.
  • Product-match, not industry-match. We score based on what a person said, not where they work.
  • No-signup demo. You should see value in 30 seconds, before we ask for an email.
  • You send, not us. Arena drafts the reply. You send from your own account, your own voice, your own relationships.
  • Zero markup on AI usage. We charge providers' cost, no hidden margin.

Arena (tryarena.app) is a lead-finder for pre-PMF founders. If you were looking for a different "arena" (there are a few in tech), you are in the wrong place, and that is fine. You can close the tab with no hard feelings. If this is the Arena you were looking for, welcome.
